Request for (1) NOC for
dehpothecation of car (2) Experience Cerificate (3) Payment of the balance dues
Dear Sirs,
I have sent several requests to HR Department in Delhi and Mumbai in the past
two years for the Experience Certificate for having worked in HPCL from December 1984 to October 2006.Regrettably, the same has not been received till
date on the pretext that the matter about me is decided at the highest
level.Hence this request is being sent to you directly. Kindly arrange to send
the same through the concerned officials at the earliest please.
Secondly, I had taken car loan from HPCL in Feb 1996 which has been fully recovered by the Corporation in Feb 2008.Kindly arrange to send the NOC in this reagrd to enable me get my old car dehpothecated from RTO Raipur where it is still registerd.This request is also pending with the HR department for more than one year.
Thirdly, several various terminal dues , as have been communicated to you in the past, are still pending (again probably waiting to be cleared from the highest level).This is to remind that even the dues about the encashment of LHP, Group Insurance, performance linked Incentives, Bonuses for the period I was working with HPCL ( much before the charge of unauthorised absenteeism) also are pending apart from all the payments as mentioned in several of the CD's sent to you in the past.Hoping that at last you will be showing some sensitivity and humanity by clearing long pending payments.
Request you to kindly send a copy of the NOC and the Experience Certificate through email also, if possible.
